This item's unique explicit modifiers have no level requirements, and ring basetype level requirements are determined by their implicit. Rigwald's Crest could only drop from a level 60 or higher Rigwald, the Wolven King.[1] Since the league never went to core as an Extra Content or Zana's (now Kirac's) map mod, this item was only available from various methods that reward league-specific items. However, since version 3.14.0, this item is also in the core drop pool.
