Sentinel Controller is a quest item for the Sentinel mechanic. Upon using this item, it added a section to the user interface allowing the user to allocate passive skill points to modify their Sentinels.

Item acquisition

Sentinel Controller is drop disabled.

This item is not able to be acquired in normal game. It can be acquired from a league that Sentinel mechanic is enabled.
