Rotfeather Talisman is a T3 talisman base type.

It can drops as an item from other league mechanics, or drop by slaying monster that possessed by Rotfeather Talisman, which add Talisman modifiers to the monster ( and ?) Currently Talisman monster can be found in specific Delve node, and the Talisman league is not in the rotation of Zana crafted modifier.

Rotfeather Talisman monster modifiers would applies Shrink debuff to the player character.
