Mechanics

This item grants all bonuses of unallocated small passive skills in the jewel's radius. The jewel itself grants these bonuses and therefore the passives are not considered allocated, despite the player benefitting from their bonuses. Unnatural Instinct can also inherit altered passives (e.g. via Timeless Jewels).

All allocated small passives in range grant nothing. If a branching path of passives is within the radius (e.g. around the Scion jewel sockets), allocating passives through the path that provides the least beneficial effect is preferred.
