Perfect Agony is a keystone passive skill that causes a percentage of modifiers to Critical Strike Multiplier to apply to Ailments in the form of damage over time multiplier, but reduces damage dealt with hits. This stat is additive with other sources of damage over time multiplier.
The default 150% Crit Multiplier is not affected by this Keystone.
