Passive skill

Every character in Path of Exile has access to the passive skill tree [1]. The choices the player makes in this tree determine the character's stats, alongside giving them bonuses such as extra cold damage, or increased attack speed with a certain weapon. Each class starts in the center of the skill tree "circle" but at one of four different points on it. (Verify?)
