Fingers of Frost is a notable passive skill that grants increased cold damage, increased effect of cold ailments, and additional chance to freeze enemies that are chilled. It also causes frozen enemies to become chilled when they unfreeze. This chill has a base duration of two seconds and a base magnitude of 10% action speed reduction. Both its duration and magnitude are affected by their respective modifiers.
