Gem tag are a kind of keyword, such as strike, attack, spell.

Other notable keywords are ailment, hexproof, defences (refers to armour, evasion rating and energy shield), attribute (refer to Strength, Dexterity, and Intelligence), elemental (refer to cold, fire and lightning) and etc.
