Xesht-Ula, the Open Hand is a Unique enemy related to the Breachlords introduced in version 3.17.0. He does not appear from Breaches normally, and requires the player to take the Call of Xesht-Ula notable on the Atlas passive skill tree to encounter. His appearance is that of a Scion with the Direblade Armour Pack with a Purple Character Effect and the Breach Weapon EffectBreach Weapon EffectWeapon EffectAdds the Breach effect to any equipped weapon on a one-handed sword.

Xesht-Ula does not have a Breachstone or Domain; however, he (and his interactable "Hand of Xesht-Ula") can drop Breachstones (or Breach Splinters) of any type.

Xesht-Ula's role among the Breachlords is unknown, though several references are made towards the denizens of the Breach "uniting".
