The replica has the hybrid mod: (30-50)% increased Amount Recovered (this part the same as original) and 50% reduced Recovery rate. With zero quality and other passive skills that affect flask duration and mana recovery, the replica recovers (1430-1650) Mana over 13.00 seconds. (The original is 3.25s)

Instead of no mana cost during flask effect, the replica has increased mana cost during flask effect, and at the same time has increase attack and cast speed.
