Kaom is a historical figure of Wraeclast, the former king of the Karui. Killed by the player exile in Kaom's Stronghold, Kaom now resides the chieftain of the Ngamahu tribe in The Halls of the Dead.

Kaom is encountered in The Caldera of the King, an arena at the end of Kaom's Stronghold. Defeating Kaom in this area is the objective of the quest
