The One With All

Reason: The patch notes for version 3.17.0 state that the One With All no longer drops in Oba's Cursed Trove, the last known drop location. The new drop location(s) were left to players to discover. It should be confirmed whether it can still drop in the Tidal Island (Act 6)

Version	Changes
3.17.0	Many divination cards that drop in maps now drop in additional map areas. In most cases their existing drop locations have not changed, and those cases have not been patch noted individually. Atlas reshuffles will mean that some of these locations will not be available in any given league, but checks are in place to ensure that every divination card available in maps always has at least one map present on the Atlas. (Undocumented in patch note) The One With All now also drops from Burial Chambers, Cemetery, and Graveyard. The One With All no longer drops in the Oba's Cursed Trove Unique Map.
