Stygian Spire is one of the possible boss of Abyssal Depths (the other two are the Abyssal Liches), which the totem will drop Stygian ViseStygian ViseHas 1 Abyssal Socket belt. Players also reported that the totem drops unique Abyss Jewel.

The totem boss also appears in Crystal Spire node of the Azurite Mine, which is spawnable in Abyssal Depths biome. In the Azurite Mine the boss drops Hollow FossilHollow FossilStack Size: 10Has an Abyssal socketPlace in a Resonator to influence item crafting. instead.

Finally, Stygian Spire can spawn as side boss during the Abyssal Lich boss fight, which does not have specific drop.
