Malicious Intent is a notable passive skill.

Mechanics

• Hexes you inflict have +4 Doom: Only self casted hex curse gains Doom over time. The modifier seems unclear in wording, but the back end stat id is hex_starting_doom. It means hex you inflicted has an initial Doom = 4, and then (if it is self cast hex) gain Doom according to the rate of that hex. E.g. Elemental WeaknessElemental WeaknessSpell, AoE, Duration, Curse, Hex

It is not clear that it does apply to the initial Doom of hex aura or not, as the wording "inflict" is also used in other aura-like mechanic such as the interaction of Nearby Enemies have # Exposure and Exposure you inflict applies an extra -#% to the affected Resistance.

• 20% increased Damage with Hits and Ailments against Cursed Enemies: ailments that deal damage are poison, bleed and ignite.
