It can be two identical support if ignoring the gem level, by a chance of [(1/131)^2]*131 = 1/131. However, they cannot be stacked which in lieu with existing gem link mechanics.

As of version 3.11, the game has 135 (live counter: 0) drop-enabled non-Awakened support gems, but according to the datamine value, the mod only have a value of 1 to 131 that associated with 131 support gems, thus 4 supports are omitted.
