However, except collector value , since the legacy mod value is inferior, it has no point to do so. Note that due to the removal of prophecy system in version 3.17.0, such item cannot be created anymore.

3.17.0	Removed the Prophecy mechanic from the game, and moved many of its rewards to other content. Fated Unique Items not mentioned explicitly in the version 3.17.0 patch notes now have a chance to drop from any endgame map boss. This is a temporary measure to maintain their availability. They will be moved to a new acquisition system in a future expansion.
