Modifiers
If you wear two Call of the Brotherhood rings, 100% of your lightning damage is converted into cold damage, and you can no longer shock, because you have to deal some lightning damage to shock. This holds even if:
- Your target is frozen (Call of the Brotherhood gives 100% chance to shock against frozen targets)
- You are using skill with built-in shock chance such as Module Error: Too many skills found with q_where = skill.active_skill_name="Arc". Please choose only one of the following ids:
VaalArcBossSideArea - Deals (1-46) to (3-138) Lightning Damage, 50% reduced Skill Range, 10% chance to Shock enemies, Chains +(10-20) Times (page)
