Attack speed affects how many attacks you can make per second. Skills and Weapons each have their own implicit attack speeds. In general, weapons with dexterity requirements generally have higher attack speeds (i.e. Bows, Daggers) and weapons with strength requirements have lower attack speeds (i.e. Staves, Maces). Passives can increase your attack speed.

Spells use Cast Speed in place of Attack Speed.

Basic Attack Speed Passives are:

  • 1 x Attack Speed (4% Increased Attack Speed)
