Arcane Swiftness is a notable passive skill that grants 5% increased Cast Speed while holding a Shield, 5% increased Spell Damage per 5% chance to Block Attack Damage, 20% chance to avoid Elemental ailments while holding a Shield, 20% chance to avoid being Stunned while holding a Shield, and +3% chance to Block Attack Damage while holding a Shield.

Location

The Arcane Swiftness cluster is located in the Shadow section and contains four shield related small passives: Shield Spell Damage, Shield Cast Speed, and two Shield Spell Damage and Block passives. The cluster shares an Intelligence node connection with the Doom Cast, Hasty Reconstruction, and Written in Blood clusters, and the Physical and Chaos damage wheel containing Atrophy and Force Shaper.
