Crystalised Fear is a debuff due to The Elder's super siphon skill. The skill is not used in the Uber Elder fight. Super siphon skill will cause the player character to have both Crystalised Fear and Fed Upon debuffs. The latter make the player character taking physical damage over time.

The Elder will completely freeze the player character (unless the player character has items such as Kaom's RootsKaom's Roots

Trivia

The status icon of Crystalised Fear is called "ElderSuperSiphon.dds" in the game file, while Sprouting Madness and Fed Upon are called "ElderSiphon.dds".
