Fed Upon
Fed Upon is a debuff that deals physical damage over time. It is inflicted by the Elder's siphon and super siphon skills. It is paired with two more debuffs named Sprouting Madness and Crystalised Fear respectively.
In both skills, Elder will first either slow the player character or completely freeze them, by applying Sprouting Madness or Crystalised Fear. In both cases the Elder will cast a fan-shaped Area of Effect, in which the player takes physical damage over time. Fed Upon can be dealt with by wearing a pair of

, which makes the player unaffected by Sprouting Madness. However Kaom's Roots does not negate Crystalised Fear.
The physical damage over time coming from Fed Upon can of course be dealt with by high Regeneration, good mitigation or various other means.
