Previously, the only known way to obtain Cloak of Tawm'r Isley was to buy it from a level 8 master. It was the supporter's intention to have drop restrictions for this item. After the master rework in Version 3.5.0, the item was reintroduced in Version 3.6.0 with new method of acquisition, though the method is a secret waiting to be discovered.
