Possible Item Acquisition
I was in a syndicate research mission and I am pretty sure I fought an archer in a red outfit named Tawm'r Isley. I looked for the loot on ground and didn't see it. However later I looted the boxes and one of them was boxes with uniques and one of them was cloak of tawm'r isley. This could explain how it drops, because I fought him right before it dropped. I did not put this on the wiki because it is possible it is a coincidence. If anyone else had this happen say something.
The flavor text says he watches from beneath the city and The syndicate area looked like the City of Sarn. It is possible that he only spawns in areas that look like the City of Sarn. This could be a clue about how to obtain the item, but I am not posting it, because it could be a coincidence if I am the only one who got it this way. - I think i saw someone pm me a reddit link i havne't read. But the msg claim the creator of this unique don't mind to post spoiler to public to disclose the drop source of this item. Yes, it can drop from Safehouse too. probably Eleron. Neokowloon (talk) 11:15, 11 February 2021 (UTC)
