Apex of Ascension is the tier 3 incursion room of Ahuana, Architect of Ceremonies.

The room contains an Altar of Sacrifice which provides the player with one of two different functions:

• Sacrifice a unique item(excl. Jewels, Maps and Flasks) for another random unique item of the same item class, including items not ordinarily obtainable.
• Transforms unique items found exclusively in the Temple of Atzoatl.

The altar may only be used once per temple.
