Winter Burial is a unique Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Crimson Jewel". It is a threshold jewel that enhances Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Glacial Hammer" and Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Vaal Glacial Hammer".
Mechanics
This jewel adds a Cold-only Splash Damage effect to Glacial Hammer, which functions similar to Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Melee Splash Support". Strikes with Glacial Hammer that hit a target also deal damage to other targets in an area of effect. The area damage is equal to the cold damage portion of the strike, after any damage conversion is done.[1]
Melee Splash Support can be used conjunction with Winter Burial. Doing so has limited utility though, since it will not double up on the splash damage effect.[1]
