Mechanics
Reflects your other Ring: Kalandra's Touch copies the effects of the modifiers of the ring equipped in the opposite ring slot. It does not actually copy the modifiers, so the "20% increased maximum energy shield if both equipped rings have an evasion modifier" mastery does not apply. It does not copy influence either, for example it doesn't count as an Elder or Shaper ring for The Eternity Shroud.
Kalandra's Touch will not gain a socket by copying an Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Unset Ring", neither will it copy a gem socketed into that ring.[1]
There is no particular benefit to equipping a Kalandra's Touch in both ring slots at the same time.[2] Functionally, it is no different than equipping no rings at all.
For bonuses that care about which ring slot (left or right) a ring is equipped in (e.g. Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Sibyl's Lament"), Kalandra's Touch is considered to be equipped in the slot that it actually occupies, and those bonuses will apply or not apply as usual. Reflecting Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Snakepit" will cause both chain and fork to be disabled for spells. The rarity of Kalandra's Touch is always considered to be unique, regardless of the rarity of the ring it is copying.[3] This is relevant for Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Hidden Potential".
Kalandra's Touch is inherently mirrored, and therefore cannot be modified. It cannot itself be anointed, even through the use of a Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Reflective Oil". Although, if the ring in the opposite ring slot has been anointed, Kalandra's Touch will copy that enchantment.[4]
This item drops with the Mirrored stat, even while unidentified. This does not prevent identifying the item.
Corruption: Although it is not possible to corrupt a Kalandra's Touch directly because it is mirrored, it is possible for the Vaal Vessels in Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Vaal Temple Map" to drop an already corrupted Kalandra's Touch with one or two corruption implicit modifiers, or to obtain it from sources of Corrupted Unique items including divination cards.[5][6] If Kalandra's Touch does gain one or more implicit modifiers, those modifiers will not apply regardless of whether it is reflecting a ring or not. It will also not be considered an equipped corrupted item for the purposes of Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Shadowstitch", Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Voll's Vision", Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Malachai's Vision", or Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Hungry Abyss". There is a bug where some implicit modifiers that grant skills may function properly, which is inconsistent with the behaviour of other implicits.
