Defiled Forces is a notable passive skill. It removes elemental ailments from yourself when you cast a curse spell. Additionally, it causes your curses to refresh the duration of Ignite, Shock and Chill on enemies. This second effect is not limited to casting or to curse spells; it also functions with non-skill curses (e.g. Curse Enemies with Despair on Hit), even when applied by proxies.

Existing items anointed with Hex Master the notable passive now have Defiled Forces instead, which is now at that location. This change is due to Hex Master becoming a keystone passive skill.
