Weapon Artistry is a notable passive skill that grants increased attack speed and additional melee strike range. It also grants additional chance to block attack damage while dual wielding or with a shield equipped.

Anointment

Blight anointment to unlock the passive:

Make clusters more unique compared to each other as well as having a more clear identity. Remove niche or unneeded stats entirely, or shift them to Masteries. Improve many notables that have had secondary stats removed.

    • Now grants +4% Chance to Block Attack Damage while Dual Wielding or holding a Shield (up from 2%).
    • Now grans 8% increased Attack Speed (down from 10%).
    • No longer grants +10 to Strength and Dexterity.

Add new sources of Melee Range to the passive tree.
