FireBeam - Deals (13.4-780.7) Base Fire Damage per second, Base duration is 1.50 seconds, Modifiers to Spell Damage apply to this Skill's Damage Over Time effect, Burning Debuff can have a maximum of 8 stages, Additional Debuff stages add 60% of Damage, Fire Exposure applies -25% to Fire Resistance (page).- This patch is quite large, because it pre-patches some internal changes for the upcoming 3.1.0 expansion, to reduce the download size on launch day.
