Mechanics

• While using these boots, your movement speed is 150% of the base value and cannot be increased or decreased, which includes negating the decreased move speed while using Cyclone. Skills like Harrier can not change the value either. (Base value is what you start the game with when no items are equipped and no passive skills are allocated.) Acceleration shrine still can affect you because it changes action speed and not movement speed.

• The Stampede can have 1 anointment. Anointing replaces enchantments and vice versa.

Item acquisition

The Stampede has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced.

Can drop after completing a Blight encounter in a Blighted map.
