While at maximum frenzy charges, the character's attacks have a 60% chance to inflict poison.

As such, this is affected by gear and passives which increase or decrease maximum frenzy charges. Most notably, using three of the PacifismPacifism
Viridian Jewel-1 to Maximum Frenzy ChargesCorrupted"Your fear will overcome you."Place into an allocated Jewel Socket on the Passive Skill Tree. Right click to remove from the Socket. unique jewel with no other additional charges available will reduce the maximum number of frenzy charges to zero, leading to the poison debuff being applied every attack.
