Shaper of Desolation
Ascendancy Notable Passive Skill
Every 14 seconds:

Gain Chilling Conflux for 4 seconds
Gain Shocking Conflux for 4 seconds
Gain Igniting Conflux for 4 seconds

Gain Chilling, Shocking and Igniting Conflux for 2 seconds

Shaper of Desolation was a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Elementalist that granted a Conflux effect that cycled over a 14 second period, which caused all combined damage types to apply Ignite, Chill, and/or Shock on hit. It was removed in Version 3.13.0 and replaced with three new passives: Shaper of Flames, Shaper of Winter, and Shaper of Storms.

Mechanics

Shaper of Desolation first granted Chilling Conflux for 4 seconds, then Shocking Conflux for 4 seconds, then Igniting Conflux for 4 seconds, then all thee Confluxes for 2 seconds. Since the total duration of all these buffs was 14 seconds, it effectively had a 100% uptime.
