Rin Yuushu is one of the 18 Immortal Syndicate members. She is only available while in a map, afterwards she will join as as regular member.

Lore

Based on Jun's dialogue, Rin was a member of Mutewind. Her signature mods, #% chance to Avoid being Frozen/Cannot be Frozen (60-100% chance depends on tier), are similar to Mutewind's Cannot be Frozen mod. She shared the same surname with Jeinei Yuushu, another Mutewind member.
