This page is about the game mechanic. For the support gem, see Knockback Support.

Template:SMW rework needed

Knockback is an on-hit effect that slightly pushed targets away from the attacker. A knockback does not stun or interrupt the target's actions.[1]

Mechanics

Knockback always moves the target away from the attacker, for instance if a projectile chains from a farther-away enemy and hits a closer enemy in the back, the closer enemy will still be pushed away from the caster. Being knocked back counts as moving, and the target will suffer the increased damage over time from bleed.

The default knockback distance is 4 units.[2] Knockback speed is constant, and is 37.5 units/s.[3]
