Dream Furnace is a quest item for Scourge league's Twisted Dreams quest.

Mechanic

Upon giving the quest item to The Last to Die, the Blood Crucible UI of the player would have +1 slot for Scourging map.

Item acquisition

Dream Furnace is drop disabled.

It drops when the player first entered the nightmare realm (The Scourge realm) via map, which the quest item will be on the ground.
