Drop restrictions

This item was exclusive to the Domination and Nemesis leagues. It is currently only obtainable by trading or through Zana's map device. Also available with the "Create a Unique... Flask" recipe since the Bestiary update.

Blood of the Karui can drop anywhere. It can be chanced. Blood of the Karui belongs to a special group of unique items called league-specific items, which can be obtained from certain divination cards and other sources in addition to their normal acquisition methods.
