An arc trap is an environmental hazard that appears as a beam of electricity arcing between two poles. When a character touches the beam, they are shocked and inflicted with the "Arc Trap" debuff, which reduces their action speed. The beam also rapidly inflicts hits of lightning damage to the character based on a percentage of their maximum life. These hits can be blocked if the character has a chance to block spell damage.
