Apex of Ascension is the tier 3 incursion room of Ahuana, Architect of Ceremonies.

The room contains an Altar of Sacrifice which provides the player with one of two different functions:

Sacrifice a unique item(excl. Jewels, Maps and Flasks) for another random unique item of the same item class, including items not ordinarily obtainable.
Transforms unique items found exclusively in the Temple of Atzoatl.

The altar may only be used once per temple.
