Eldritch Battery
Eldritch Battery is a keystone passive skill that removes all energy shield and converts it to mana.
Mechanics
The mana converted from energy shield is added to the character's maximum mana. Conversion mechanics dictate that the mana converted from energy shield benefits both from modifiers that grant increased maximum energy shield and increased maximum mana.
Let m be the character's base maximum mana and e be base maximum energy shield. Let N be the sum of the n's in n% increased maximum Mana modifiers being applied to the character. Let F be the sum of the f's in f% increased maximum Energy Shield modifiers being applied to the character. The mana converted from energy shield after modifiers C is given by
- C = e * [(1 + (N/100) + (F/100))]
Then the total mana T is given by[1][a]
- T = m * (1 + N/100) + C
Location
Eldritch Battery is a standalone keystone located on the upper right edge of the skill tree.
