Ancestral Bond is a keystone passive skill that raises the active totem limit by one. As a drawback, the character cannot deal damage directly with skills.
With Ancestral Bond, the character can only deal damage to enemies by indirect means such as totems, traps and mines, or minions. Reflected damage, including that caused by 
Punishment, will still be applied, but 
Tempest Shield will not do any damage. The poison clouds caused by Module Error: No skills found with q_where = skill.active_skill_name="Poison Arrow" will still do damage.
Effects the require hitting or critting can still be used directly, such as that granted by Module Error: No skills found with q_where = skill.active_skill_name="Blind" or Module Error: No skills found with q_where = skill.active_skill_name="Power Charge On Critical", so long as the effect is not scaled by damage. Elemental status ailments will not be triggered by direct skills for this reason.
Location
Ancestral Bond lies on the far left of the tree, behind a cluster of 4 basic totem passives consisting of Totem Life, Totem Duration, Totem Damage and Totem Placement Speed.
