So I tested out a few things with this and thought I would share...
A) Frenzy does not do damage, but you will still gain the charges; which ultimately boost the output of the totems you lay. B) Chance to Flee, attached the previously mentioned Frenzy, still gives the supported skill the chance to flee; damage or not.
So based on these two things that I have encountered, I would say that regardless of if you do damage or not; it is my assumption that effects will continue. Now the question is, will effects on critical strike continue? For example 'Knockback on Crit', will it still knockback?
