. It's scheduled to be released with the upcoming Breach league.[1]
Drop restrictions
Xoph's Heart will be dropped exclusively by monsters from Xoph's Domain in the Breach league.
Blessed version
Xoph's Heart can be upgraded to Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Xoph'ethula's Heart" by using a Blessing of Xoph.
Modifiers
Cover Enemies in Ash when they Hit you: Enemies that hit you are inflicted with an Ash debuff that causes them to take increased fire damage taken and have less movement speed.
