Harvester of Foes is a notable passive skill that grants increased damage with axes. It grants increased damage with ailments from attack skills while wielding an axe and increased Impale effect.

  • Make clusters more unique compared to each other as well as having a more clear identity. Remove niche or unneeded stats entirely, or shift them to Masteries. Improve many notables that have had secondary stats removed.

    • Now grants 30% increased Physical Damage with Axes.
    • Now grants 12% increased Impale Effect (up from 10%).
    • No longer grants Axe Attacks deal 20% increased Damage with Hits and Ailments.
      • Instead, it now grants Axe Attacks deal 30% increased Damage with Ailments.

  • Due to the sweeping changes made to the passive tree, existing Anointments that apply to a Notable that has been removed will now apply a different Notable. We've also taken this opportunity to review the Oil combinations required for Notables.
