They have different behavior. Also, don't test totems with frenzy effects. Totems have a frenzy charge maximum of 0; whether the effect works or not, it wouldn't be visible. Tag: Undo

I also explained that totems can get their own action speed modified with a few quick examples. I added a reference for information.
