Since the 3.14 patch note use "also" it is both league specific and core drop table. But i think the text due to drop_leagues may need to be tuned. Neokowloon (talk) 03:17, 30 August 2021 (UTC)
Correct. It is both in the core drop pool and a league-specific item. At this point, it looks like all league-specific items are also in the core drop pool. Are there any exceptions that I'm not aware of? —Vini (t|c) 03:24, 30 August 2021 (UTC)
