League-specific?
I got this from captain Cameria transportation safehouse chest (timeworn unique item). This probably means that Soulwrest is still considered a league-specific unique item, but I still don't understand how GGG changed up the drop pool in 3.14.0. —Vini (t|c) 01:02, 28 May 2021 (UTC)
- Drop this from Restless Rubble (Frozen Hollow), from a chest known as "Treasured Lockbox". I think it still "league-specific" but unsure it is at the same time "core" (the patch note has the wording "also"). Neokowloon (talk) 20:40, 10 July 2021 (UTC)
