When I equip both Reckoning and Riposte Trigger Skill Gems, why don't they both always trigger when I block? In the description of the skill gem there is the difference between "block" and "block with your shield", but when do I "block" and when do I "block with my shield"? Isn't there just a global block chance which applies?

Would be grateful for further explanation of the game mechanics concerning this aspect :-)

. There's no difference to the block values, the Reckoning description specifies a shield just because the skill requires you to wear a shield, like ReaveReaveAttack, AoE, Melee
