Call to Arms is a keystone passive skill which warcry skills to have more warcry duration, but causes them to no longer grant buffs or charges to the user.

This keystone primarily focuses on the supportive aspects of warcries for your minions or other allies, including party members.

Instead, it now provides 100% more Warcry Duration, and "Warcries do not grant Buffs or Charges to you".
3.24.1	Fixed a bug where items that granted the Warlord's Call Keystone Passive Skill still displayed as Call to Arms.
3.24.0	The Call To Arms Keystone Passive Skill has been renamed to Warlord's Call. It now provides "Warcries no longer Exert Attacks" and "Warcries also grant their buff to nearby allies" (previously "Using Warcries is Instant" and "Warcries share their Cooldown").
