Call to Arms is a keystone passive skill which gives warcry skills instant animation speed, but causes them to share cooldown with each other. Instant warcries do not interrupt channelled skills or movement.

Supported Skills have 0.25% increased Cooldown Recovery RateThis is a Support Gem. It does not grant a bonus to your character, but to skills in sockets connected to it. Place into an item socket connected to a socket containing the Skill Gem you wish to augment. Right click to remove from a socket. cannot be used with Call to Arms, as each stored cooldown for a skill shares cooldown with itself.
