Mechanics

+# to maximum Life if there are no Life Modifiers on other Equipped Items: This modifier counts all weapons, off-hands, armours, and jewellery. Other items (e.g. flasks, jewels, abyss jewels in abyss sockets) are not considered equipped.

Life modifiers include all mods with "life" tag, e.g. life leech, totem life, minion life etc.

Item acquisition

Utula's Hunger can drop anywhere. It can be chanced.
