Mechanics

• Unique Relics can only be used in Forbidden Sanctum areas of level 80+.
• Unique Relics are destroyed upon completing or failing a run.

Strategies

• The player should prioritize Relics that increased maximum Resolve or reduce the impact on Resolve, as all recovery of Resolve and Inspiration are disabled.
• Fountains and Afflicted Fountains provide no benefits.

Item acquisition

The Gilded Chalice has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced. Has a chance to drop from Lycia, Herald of the Scourge in a Sanctum of area level 71+.
